Ropes is a perfect 3-0 against Abernathy since September of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will square off against the Antelopes at 6:00 p.m. Abernathy took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Ropes, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Ropes got the win against Post by a conclusive 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Antelopes: they've now won eight in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ropes was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Abernathy came up short against Olton on Saturday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Antelopes in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 21-25, 25-18, 25-12.

Ropes' win bumped their record up to 27-9. As for Abernathy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Ropes took their victory against Abernathy when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
