Volleyball Recap: Dodgeland Comes Up Short

Dodgeland was the 2-1 winner over Clintonville when they last played one another back in August of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans fell just short of the Truckers by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Dodgeland's offense was headlined by Abby Oestreich and Abby Kast, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Kayden Denure and her 12 assists. Alexis Bingen and Hailey Mueller kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Dodgeland's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Clintonville, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Dodgeland has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Wisconsin Dells on the 29th. As for Clintonville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Tomahawk on the 30th.
