Soccer Recap: Heights Takes a Loss

Heights managed to keep up with Lamar until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Heights Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Lamar Texans. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Bulldogs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Heights has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. The win keeps them at an undefeated 17-0.

Coincidentally, Heights and Lamar will both be playing Bellaire the next time they take the pitch. Heights will head out to face Bellaire at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Lamar will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
