Belleview Christian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Dawson School Mustangs by a score of 3-1. The Bruins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

Belleview Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-22.

Faith Rosiere paced Belleview Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Rosiere got some help from Anessa Schanke and her 14 assists. Finally, Tara Polson kept Belleview Christian's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Belleview Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Dawson School, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Belleview Christian will face off against Front Range Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dawson School, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Rocky Mountain Lutheran on the 19th.
