Volleyball Game Preview: Norte Vista Braves vs. Indian Springs COYOTES

The Norte Vista Braves will head out on the road to take on the Indian Springs COYOTES at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Norte Vista has now lost nine straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 10.

Norte Vista came up short against Ramona on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Norte Vista took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Indian Springs came up short against Miller on Thursday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the COYOTES in their meetings with the Rebels: they've now lost five in a row.

Indian Springs started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-18, 25-15, 25-22.

Norte Vista's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Indian Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

Norte Vista skirted past Indian Springs 3-2 in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Norte Vista since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
