Basketball Recap: Central Columbia Comes Up Short

Central Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 57-52 to the Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the RED TORNADOES this season, with their most recent defeat being a 57-52 loss on Friday.

Central Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Mount Carmel, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

Central Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Carmel, they will take on Eastern York at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
