Basketball Game Preview: Hershey Panthers vs. Chase County Longhorns

Hershey is 2-8 against Chase County since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Longhorns at 4:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Friday, Hershey lost to Bridgeport on the road by a 59-40 margin.

Meanwhile, Chase County ended up a good deal behind Holyoke on Thursday and lost 51-37.

Hershey's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Chase County, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Hershey won a game that couldn't have been any closer in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, slipping by Chase County 49-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
