Jacob Schmelzer Game Report: @ Stamford

A big congratulations to Jacob Schmelzer, who made at least ten total tackles for the first time in his career. He made ten total tackles, helping propel Warde past Stamford by a score of 31-8. We think that's the best game he's posted since September 12th, when he forced one fumble and made six total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Schmelzer and Warde will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Staples at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th. The Mustangs will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 76 places lower in Connecticut), but they're not letting that get them down.
