Basketball Recap: Crisfield Takes a Loss

Crisfield lost against Wicomico back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Crisfield Crabbers fell 61-50 to the Wicomico Indians. While losing is never fun, the Crabbers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 258th, while the Indians are ranked 114th).

This is the second loss in a row for Crisfield and nudges their season record down to 1-9. As for Wicomico, their win bumped their record up to 10-4.

Crisfield will square off against Mardela on Thursday. Wicomico has already played their next match (against Pocomoke), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
