Mt. Vernon piles up the points against Massac County

Recap: Mt. Vernon Rams vs. Massac County Patriots
The Mt. Vernon Rams stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Massac County 83-53 at home. The win was just what Mt. Vernon needed coming off of a 62-38 defeat in their prior contest.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mt. Vernon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tiara Johnson, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Johnson hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Kamaree Janae Pollard, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists.
Mt. Vernon's victory bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Massac County, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-5.
Mt. Vernon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Massac County also has no future games currently scheduled.
