Basketball Recap: United Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Eagles on Monday. United Christian Academy were dealt an 83-45 loss at the hands of Heritage Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, United Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 349th, while Heritage Christian Academy is ranked 128th).

United Christian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Heritage Christian Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-4.

United Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 64-42 defeat against Bethlehem Academy/Discovery on the 17th. Heritage Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
