Football Recap: Sterling Rangers vs. Cesar E. Chavez Lobos
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sterling). They breezed by the Cesar E. Chavez Lobos at home to the tune of 56-0 on Thursday. The Rangers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 22 points or more this season.
Sterling's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Cesar E. Chavez, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sterling will square off against Ball at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ball will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Sterling surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cesar E.
