Softball Recap: Crestwood Takes a Loss

The Crestwood Cadets came up short against the Wapsie Valley Warriors on Friday and fell 6-3. The Cadets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crestwood's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Wapsie Valley, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Crestwood didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-2 defeat against Edgewood-Colesburg on the 13th. As for Wapsie Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-9 win against Jesup on the 14th.
