Volleyball Recap: James Valley Christian Takes a Loss

James Valley Christian lost against Wessington Springs back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vikings fell 2-0 to the Spartans. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15.

James Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Wessington Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 9-12.

James Valley Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Wolsey-Wessington on the 4th. As for Wessington Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Highmore/Harrold on the 4th.
