Newberry is 8-1-1 against Dixie County since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Newberry Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge the Dixie County Bears at 7:00 p.m. Newberry is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.6 goals per game this season.

Newberry is headed into the match having not lost since November 18 and will look to keep things rolling. Everything went their way against Bell on Tuesday as Newberry made off with a 4-0 victory. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Bell with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ollivander Hunter, Dylan Mobbs, Maximus Dietz, and Eli Hunter.

Meanwhile, Dixie County was not able to break out of their rough patch last Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Bell, falling 8-0.

Newberry pushed their record up to 9-2-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those four contests. As for Dixie County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went Newberry's way against Dixie County in their previous matchup back in January, as Newberry made off with a 10-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Newberry since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
