Fowler got themselves on the board against Liberty on Wednesday, but Liberty never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 13-0 win. The Redcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Fowler is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for Liberty, they moved to 17-8 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Fowler wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-2 win against Fresno Christian on the 8th. As for Liberty, they have also already played their next match, an 8-3 loss against Sierra on the 9th.
