Baseball Recap: Saint Mary's Panthers vs. De Anza Dons
Saint Mary had lost four straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 2-13 to make it five. They fell just short of the De Anza Dons by a score of 10-9. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Dons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Those two runs gave Shott a new career-high. Chad Oakley also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Saint Mary's beat De Anza by a score of 8-7 on Thursday.
