Football Recap: Bettye Davis East Anchorage Takes a Loss

Bettye Davis East Anchorage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 39-21 to the Southwest SD Raiders. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Thunderbirds came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked tenth in Alaska, while the Raiders are ranked 939th in California).
