It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Keota ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Webbers Falls Warriors as they made off with a 24-17 victory. The Lions' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Keota got a massive performance out of Riggin Buchanan, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in six of his seven plate appearances. Those three runs gave Buchanan a new career-high. Kale Johnson was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in five of his seven plate appearances.

Keota always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Keota is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7-1 record this season.
