Spring Valley had won two straight games and Harrison Riggs did his part to make it three on Wednesday. The Spring Valley Timberwolves came out on top against the Parkersburg Big Reds by a score of 80-70 thanks in part to Riggs, who almost dropped a double-double with 30 points and nine boards. The contest was his 16th in a row with at least 15 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Caldwell, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more boards the last 36 times he's played.

Spring Valley's victory bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Parkersburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.
