Carson waltzed into their contest on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Gardena Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 4th.

Carson had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-15, 25-17, 25-20.

Carson's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-8. As for Gardena, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Carson nor Gardena have any future games scheduled.
