Basketball Recap: Lutheran North Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Lutheran North Crusaders came up short against the Hickman Kewpies and fell 66-54. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Kewpies are ranked 22nd).

Lutheran North's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Hickman, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-5.

Lutheran North will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Parkway North at 5:30 p.m. on February 25th. As for Hickman, they will take on Rock Bridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
