Recap: Wagner Thunderbirds vs. Episcopal Knights
The Wagner Thunderbirds entered their tilt with the Episcopal Knights with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Wagner came out on top against Episcopal by a score of 63-53 on Friday.
Wagner's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Daimen Ramirez led the charge by scoring 17 points. Another player making a difference was Joshua Rice, who scored 15 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.
Wagner is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Episcopal, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
Wagner will be playing in front of their home fans against Atascocita at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
