Soccer Game Preview: Riverside-Durham vs. Orange

The Riverside-Durham Pirates will venture away from home to face off against the Orange Panthers at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Riverside-Durham is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.

Riverside-Durham proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by nine) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let Garner get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Caroline Alcala-Ruiz had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Pirates.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Orange faced off against Eno River Academy on Friday. Orange walked away with a 2-0 win over Eno River Academy. The victory was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Riverside-Durham's record is now 6-2. As for Orange, their record is now 2-3.
