Cabrini was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 16-1 to the Mandeville Skippers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Cabrini's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Mandeville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cabrini will head out to square off against Haynes Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Cabrini has given up an average of 13.4 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Mandeville, they will head out on the road to face off against Holden at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
