Basketball Recap: Baker Takes a Loss

Baker saw some tournament action on Thursday. They were beaten by the Dunham Tigers 60-27. While losing is never fun, the Buffaloes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 298th, while the Tigers are ranked 134th).

Baker now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Dunham, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-8.

Coming up, Baker will take on St. Helena College and Career Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dunham, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 39-37 loss against East Feliciana on the 7th.
