Basketball Recap: Brick Memorial Wins Going Away Against Brick Township

While Brick Memorial didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Brick Township Green Dragons 59-39 on Friday. That 20 point margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

Brick Memorial's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Brick Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brick Memorial will face off against Toms River North at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brick Township, they will challenge Lakewood at 5:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
