Volleyball Recap: Elkhart Takes a Loss

Elkhart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwestern Heights Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-9.

Elkhart's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Southwestern Heights, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Elkhart has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Sublette on the 16th. As for Southwestern Heights, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Stanton County on the 16th.
