Basketball Recap: Payne Tech Triumphs

Payne Tech won the last time they faced North Star Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Payne Tech Lions snuck past North Star Academy with a 56-50 win.

The victory got Payne Tech back to even at 3-3. As for North Star Academy, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Payne Tech will venture away from home to face off against Eastside at 5:00 p.m. on January 5, 2025. As for North Star Academy, they will head out to challenge Science Park at 4:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. North Star Academy is facing Science Park at the right time seeing as Science Park is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
