Emmanuel Campos turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Pomona is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 4-6 otherwise.

Campos' strong effort led Pomona over Bassett and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Olympians are limping into the matchup having lost ten straight on the road dating back to last season.
