Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Franklin Towne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayden Quattrone, who posted 14 points and seven rebounds. Those seven boards gave Quattrone a new career-high. Nyel Waters was another key player, putting up 11 points.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech). They secured a 92-87 W over Holy Ghost Prep on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech.
Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech's win came from a few key players Franklin Towne will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Makaii Akridge, who went 14 for 22 on his way to 30 points. The matchup was his ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jarrell Little, who went 9 of 13 en route to 22 points along with eight assists and six rebounds.
Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
