Basketball Recap: Strasburg/Zeeland Takes a Loss

Strasburg/Zeeland lost against Leola/Frederick back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Strasburg/Zeeland Clippers were dealt a 50-17 loss at the hands of the Leola/Frederick Titans. The defeat leaves the Clippers without a win on the season.

Strasburg/Zeeland's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Leola/Frederick, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 2-6 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Strasburg/Zeeland will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Leola/Frederick, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ellendale at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
