Nueva Esperanza was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 66-44 to the TECH Freire Charter Dragons.

Nueva Esperanza's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for TECH Freire Charter, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nueva Esperanza will face off against Kensington at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for TECH Freire Charter, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against String Theory at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. TECH Freire Charter is facing String Theory at the right time seeing as String Theory is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
