There's no place like home for Lincoln High, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Grain Valley Eagles by a score of 61-54 on Friday. The Links have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Lincoln High had a senior duo take command as Brady Nick shot 40% from the field en route to 21 points and six rebounds and Buay Jock dropped a double-double with 12 points and 22 boards. Nick has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Deveraux Sanders, who posted ten points and five rebounds.

The victory got Lincoln High back to even at 1-1. As for Grain Valley, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
