Softball Recap: Red Jacket Takes a Loss

Red Jacket fell victim to Dundee/Bradford Central and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the BraveScots, falling 13-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the BraveScots: they've now lost seven in a row.

Red Jacket saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carmin Bond, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Red Jacket's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Dundee/Bradford Central, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-0.

Looking ahead, Red Jacket will head out to challenge Clyde-Savannah at 4:30 a.m. on Monday. As for Dundee/Bradford Central, they will host Bloomfield at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
