Lewiston-Altura's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons by a score of 60-49. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Wabasha-Kellogg's loss came despite strong showings from Alaina McCann and Annalise Wobbe. McCann went 5-for-9 to rack up 10 points in addition to six boards and four steals, while Wobbe posted five points along with 15 rebounds and four blocks. Wobbe is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last 11 games she's played. Eve Pavelka was another key player, putting up seven points.

Lewiston-Altura's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-20 record this season.

Coming up, Lewiston-Altura will host Chatfield at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Falcons take on the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
