Volleyball Recap: Lyons Comes Up Short

Lyons's tournament run continued when they took on Lincoln-Way Central on Saturday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Knights. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Lyons' loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Lincoln-Way Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lyons will challenge Lake Park at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lincoln-Way Central, they will take on Bradley-Bourbonnais at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
