Basketball Game Preview: Pulaski Blue Devils vs. Weedsport Wolverines

Pulaski is 0-10 against Weedsport since December of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Blue Devils will head out to square off against the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. Weedsport took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Pulaski, who comes in off a win.

Pulaski is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Manlius Pebble Hill: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Blue Devils blew the Trojans out of the water with a 78-36 final score. The Blue Devils pushed the score to 57-26 by the end of the third, a deficit the Trojans had no chance of recovering from.

Meanwhile, Weedsport unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. The contest between the Wolverines and Tully didn't end well, with the Wolverines falling 60-41.

Pulaski now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Weedsport, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Pulaski ended up a good deal behind Weedsport in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, losing 53-37. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
