Softball Recap: Glenbrook South Takes a Loss

Glenbrook South lost against Palatine back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Titans fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 9-8. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carlin Endre stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Ruby Garrett, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Glenbrook South's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Palatine, the victory got them back to even at 7-7-1.

While Glenbrook South had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
