After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Francis, Suttons Bay was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 60-52 victory over the Leland Comets. The Norsemen's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The win snapped Suttons Bay's losing streak at four games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record. As for Leland, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Suttons Bay and Grand Traverse Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Leland, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will face off against Bear Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
