Volleyball Recap: Mara Mohr Key Part of Team Effort in Pheasants Win

Parker/Marion's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Menno Wolves as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-16, 25-11.

Parker/Marion's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mara Mohr, who had 11 assists and eight digs. That's the most assists Mohr has posted over her last six matches. Another player making a difference was Braelyn Berens, who had 14 digs.

The victory got Parker/Marion back to even at 14-14. As for Menno, they dropped their record down to 3-24 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Parker/Marion wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Flandreau on the 21st. As for Menno, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Andes Central/Dakota Christian on the 21st.
