Gardendale had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles by a score of 76-66.

Despite the loss, Jefferson Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Justin Beckham, who dropped a triple-double on 24 points, 14 boards, and 13 blocks. With that strong performance, Beckham is now averaging an impressive 8.2 boards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Jelani Eason, who posted 16 points along with five boards and four steals.

Gardendale's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10. As for Jefferson Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7.

Gardendale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-70 defeat against Mortimer Jordan on the 3rd. As for Jefferson Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 66-60 win against Westminster School at Oak Mountain on the 3rd.
