Butler had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They blew past the Stebbins Indians 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Butler took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-12, 25-7.

Sophia Guggenbiller paced Butler's offense, picking up eight kills. Guggenbiller got some help from Gabi Holop and her nine assists. Kennedy Crouse controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Butler's victory bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Stebbins, their defeat was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-17.

Looking ahead, Butler will host Tippecanoe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Stebbins, they are taking a road trip to challenge West Carrollton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
