Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Rilyn Flotow and Kaylee Gaar Lead Garrett to Victory

Garrett barely beat Prairie Heights the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Railroaders put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The Railroaders haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-16.

Leading Garrett to victory were Kaylee Gaar and Rilyn Flotow. Gaar had 15 digs and two assists, while Flotow had 17 assists and three digs. Flotow is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last nine games she's played dating back to last season.

Garrett's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Garrett will venture away from home to take on Churubusco at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Prairie Heights, they will face off against Fort Wayne North Side at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
