After a string of six wins, Kenesaw's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the Shelton Bulldogs. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 3-1 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 22-25, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Kenesaw still got an impressive performance from Brooklynn Peshek, who had 18 digs and four assists.

Kenesaw's loss dropped their record down to 18-6. As for Shelton, the win was the 18th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-3.

Coming up, Kenesaw will welcome Red Cloud at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shelton, they will head out on the road to face off against Cross County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
