Softball Recap: Genoa-Kingston Comes Up Short

Genoa-Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Sullivan Redskins, falling 15-5.

Arielle Rich was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Brynn Bridger, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Genoa-Kingston's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Sullivan, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Genoa-Kingston is on the road again on Saturday to play Waterloo at 4:00 p.m. As for Sullivan, they will challenge North Mac at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
