Volleyball Recap: Bellefonte's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Bellefonte lost against Tyrone back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The match marked the first time this season in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

Despite the loss, Bellefonte saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sloan Moore had 17 digs and one assist. Those 17 digs set a new season-high mark for Moore.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bellefonte fell to 3-1-1.

Bellefonte has already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Bishop Carroll on the 23rd. Tyrone has also already played their next contest (against Clearfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
