Westfield put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the East Longmeadow Spartans by a score of 7-2. That five run margin sets a new team best for the Bombers this season.

Westfield pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for East Longmeadow, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Westfield will welcome Pope Francis Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Longmeadow, they will head out to take on Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
