Soccer Recap: Jordan Takes a Loss

After soaring to six goals the game before, Jordan was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Chapel Hill Tigers by a score of 2-1. Jordan haven't had much luck with Chapel Hill recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Jordan's goal came courtesy of Allison Montes, who's now up to four this season.

Jordan now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Chapel Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-7-1 record this season.

Jordan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 3-3 draw against East Chapel Hill on the 29th. As for Chapel Hill, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Riverside-Durham on the 29th.
