Malden had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with an 11-8 win over the Portageville Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Green Wave: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in April, they had to take a 18-10 defeat.
